My iPhone 4S was too expensive for me to take any chances with it - before I even turned it on for the first time, I applied these screen protectors and put it in a case. The application process went flawlessly, especially since I was working with an untouched, pristine surface. I also did the work in a shut bathroom after running a hot shower for 5 minutes. I didn't have a single issue with dust motes or hairs, and I have two cats and a very relaxed approach to housekeeping.

The "Good":
- Once on, this film becomes completely invisible, and doesn't compromise the clarity of the retina display at all. It also doesn't have the unfortunate "orange peel" effect you see with Zagg screen protectors. My boyfriend has one of those on his iPod Touch, and it looks terrible.
- Best of all, even with the front and back films applied, my phone still fit perfectly into the case (an Incipio NGP). I haven't had any issues with the case pushing up the corners or edges of the films.
- Fingerprints don't really bother me, but I can't say that this film makes them any more prominent than they would be on the naked screen.
- It's not tacky or sticky to the touch at all (unlike my boyfriend's Zagg film... poor guy!)
- I accidentally made a few light scratches with my pilled-up sweatshirt sleeve, but they were gone by morning... self-healing?

The "Bad": Nothing yet! :)

If you're looking for a sturdy protective film and you want your retina display to look its best, I highly recommend this set.

I have tried a couple films and this is the best one around. Thick enough to actually protect and clear and thin enough not to be noticed. I keep my phone in my pocket which sometimes has change or keys in it.
The crystal film is the best. The antiglare film softens the details on your screen. The film doesn't reduce screen touch sensitivity and is resistant to fingerprints.
I gave it 4 stars here rather than 5 because you can get it for half this price, only $14.95, at the manufacturer's site (or importer) powersupportusa.com .
The only problems were with installation. I ruined a film trying to install it the first time. The films are very susceptible to dust and fingerprints on the contact side. Install the film in an area as free of dust as possible, wash your hands to remove dust and oils, wipe the phone with a lint free cloth. One speck of dust under the film will create a small bubble. Despite the instructions there is no way to remove dust once it is on the contact surface, you just get more contamination fiddling with it. Also, touching the contact side will leave fingerprints that can't be removed. This applies to the edges and corners especially when installing.
When placing the film VERY carefully line it up with the screen at the top or bottom and roll the film onto the screen to avoid trapping bubbles. Doing this while holding the film just at the edges is hard. I am sure this is why they give you two screens because you are going to screw it up the first time. Apply the back film first to get the feel of the process. I don't think you even need a back protector but it is good for practice. If you place the film and are not totally happy with the orientation lift it back up at one corner with tweezers then pull it off and place it again. If you lift it at the corner with your fingernail and grab it with your fingers it will leave a permanent dull area at the corner where you touched the contact side. Good Luck

i love power support's screen protectors. however, what i received from amazon was a bit disappointing: the packaging is in a foreign language, and there was no "pre-installation film" as promised by the item description. :(
